A special reading of the poem “In My Lonesome Solitude”

Dear wolf advocates,

Please join us July 15-17, 2016 at the historic Union Pacific Dining Lodge in beautiful West Yellowstone, MT for a special reading of Corrine Nugent Hayes poem, “In his lone solitude.”

‘In His Lone Solitude’

Once Again Winter Has
Come To The Lands
Cold And Barren Making All
Truly Not So Grand.
Roaming Through The
Depths Of The Glistening
Snow
A Long Travel He Most
Certainly Will Go.
Trying To Find A Much
Desired And Safe Place
While Searching For Food He
Must Hasten His Pace.
Such As This In His Lone Solitude.

A Family Pack Has Not Been
Easy To Find
Amongst His Journey Making
Room To Dine.
Avoiding The Chaos And
Conflicts From Surrounding
Packs
Just Trying To Survive And
Making His Life Last.
Carefully Making His Marks
Along The Way
Away From Hunters Hidden
He Shall Stay.
Such As This In His Lone Solitude.

One Day Perhaps A Mate
Shall Take The Chance
To Walk Beside Him After His
Joyful Playing Mating Dance.
While Bringing Peace To
Such An Honorable Soul
By Our Creators Blessed
Gifts And Ultimate Goal.
Until Then His Walk Will
Continue Further Along
As The Nights Arrive, Then
The Sun Breaks Dawn.
Such As This In His Lone
Solitude.
